The Company was formed and registered April 2012 and was born out of a need for a sustainable and trustworthy organisation that could service the market.  Lay-out, design and structural detailing in all its facets to complement the market in all its needs.

 

Our vision to service the market in all its facets in integrity, in skilfully sound business administration, be transparent and should never date.  Although the company is in the beginning stages of its process of growth, our mission is to identify the real need in the market and expand in that direction to fulfil the purpose. Business goals and objectives that the company has adopted: Sound business policies, Healthy financial position, Substantial market share, Sustainable. The general growth strategy of the company is to grow by acquisition.

 

Products:

With the latest equipment installed the company is using the Bentley ProSteel V8i software compliment with AutoCAD in the 3D modelling environment for structural steel and metal works, that supports construction planning.

 

Service

Lay-out, design, general arrangements, fabrication and erection drawings with material and bolt lists.

What  makes the company competitive with other business in its sector is the competitive infrastructure that was design through experience and the efficiency of the internal control systems to produce a service to the client of the highest quality.  ProSteel V8i software is compatible with most other programs and NC machines and files can be down loaded.

 

Quality policies

 

All software on the company’s IT systems is registered and licensed software.  A Procedure Manual is prepared and in place and the companies infrastructure operates according to the manual.

 

Directors

 

Shelly Dorfling - Qualified herself in the marketing and management environment and  with her corporate experience an asset to the company in asset planning, budgets, forecasts and customer relations.

 

Frans Vivier - Qualified himself in the accounting environment and with auditing and financial experience as well as years of management exposure in the drafting and construction segment of the market contributes valuable expertise to the company.

 

Personnel

 

All senior draughtsmen are highly experience with a history of credibility and integrity and are capable to approach any project with confidence.  They had project management, workshop and site experience and therefor can handle any situation that may occur with ease.
